3 months contract with local authority
This role involves managing a caseload of families under Child in Need (CIN), Child Protection Plan (CPP), Public Law Outline (PLO), legal proceedings, and Supervision Orders (SO). The position is crucial in ensuring the safety and well-being of children and families by providing support and intervention as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of families under CIN, CPP, PLO, Proceedings, and SO.
- Conduct regular home visits to assess family needs and progress.
- Attend core group meetings to collaborate with other professionals.
- Prepare detailed court reports to support legal proceedings.
Requirements
- Experience in managing caseloads within child protection frameworks.
- Strong ability to conduct assessments and home visits.
- Excellent communication skills for attending meetings and preparing reports.
