We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Practitioners and all levels of Social Workers and specialising in Children's services to join our team. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing social care and support to children and families, conducting risk assessments, and implementing child protection plans. Your role will also involve safeguarding children and ensuring compliance with HCPC regulations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in social care, with a strong background in child protection and safeguarding.

Responsibilities:

• Provide social care and support to children and families
  
• Conduct risk assessments and develop appropriate intervention plans
  
• Implement and monitor child protection plans
  
• Safeguard children and ensure their well-being
  
• Ensure compliance with HCPC regulations and standards
  
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies
  
• Provide support and guidance to junior staff members
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
  
• Social Work England registration
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in social care, with a focus on children's services
  
• Strong knowledge of child protection and safeguarding practices
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
  
• Knowledge of HCPC regulations and standards
  
• Previous experience as a Senior Social Worker is desirable
  

Salary: £280/day
