FM Operations Manager

Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled FM Operations Manager to oversee the operations within our FM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, and implementing strategies to optimize performance. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the overall operations within the FM industry. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Monitor and analyze operational performance to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and effective communication. Manage and optimize resources to meet operational targets and objectives. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality and service delivery. Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Requirements Requirements: Proven experience in operations management within the FMCG/Foods/Beverage industry. Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Proven track record of implementing operational improvements and cost-saving initiatives. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or relevant field (preferred). Certification in Operations Management (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma) is a plus.

Delivery/Collections Driver

2 months contract with a local authority Job Purpose To collect, deliver and install equipment designed to assist with a disability to/from resident’s homes and various other locations throughout the City of Cardiff. The post holder will need to drive vehicles up to 3.5t, and will receive necessary vehicle familiarisation and tail lift training Key Duties/Accountabilities To collect used equipment (e.g. Hoists, beds shower chairs etc.) from client’s homes, Hospital departments, GP clinics etc. To deliver and where necessary, install equipment into residential properties throughout the City of Cardiff. To transfer equipment between the two warehouses in Cardiff. To transfer equipment from either of the main warehouses to various satellite stores throughout the City. To take used equipment to a dedicated storage area and store appropriately until such time as that equipment is collected by a dedicated cleaning/refurbishment contractor. Essential Experience Required Past experience of Multi-drop deliveries is essential. Essential Qualification Required General education qualification is essential. Children’s Residential Registered Manager We are looking for a highly experienced Registered Manager to lead one of our Children’s Homes. You will need to have Have good regulatory knowledge with a practical understanding of Children's Homes Regulations and the Ofsted inspection framework. Prioritise safeguarding children and young people and ensure positive outcomes through creative and innovative methods. Can demonstrate a strength-based, individualised, and proactive leadership approach underpinned by collaboration and effective assessment and risk management. Understand and foster an inclusive and positive team culture, providing support so that staff and children feel welcomed, valued and able to achieve their potential. Can establish and build trust with staff, children and key stakeholders across residential services and care. Have a strong focus on team performance and development using team supervision, career conversations and feedback to support staff and identify improvements for this role, you will need. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent and an ability to meet Ofsted regulatory requirements to become a Registered Manager. In depth knowledge of delivering statutory childcare services and have had, at least 2 years' experience within children's residential care, within the last 5 years. Proven leadership and managerial skills in a social care or health setting. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a range of individuals, built on trust in sometimes challenging situations. A flexible and adaptable approach to work- no two days in our homes are ever the same!
