Strong knowledge of plant species, horticultural techniques, and landscaping design. Ability to operate gardening tools and machinery safely. Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labour in various weather. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. A passion for the environment and sustainable gardening practices. Relevant certifications or qualifications in horticulture or landscaping are a plus.
