We are seeking a Senior Enforcement Officer to join our Development Management section of the Planning and Development service. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and investigating a variety of major, complex, and high-profile enforcement issues, with a specific focus on Gypsy and Traveller cases. This role will involve drafting and serving enforcement notices and injunctions, as well as pursuing successful prosecutions when necessary. The Senior Enforcement Officer will also collaborate closely with the multi-agency group established by the Police and Crime Commissioner to address criminality and breaches of regulatory control in the area.
