We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Community Adaptations Officer to join our team in the Community & Social industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in community engagement, social work, or a related field. As a Community Adaptations Officer, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing strategies to support community members in adapting to changes and challenges. You will work closely with community leaders, organizations, and stakeholders to develop and implement programs that promote resilience and empower individuals and groups to thrive in the face of adversity.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with community members to identify their needs and challenges in adapting to changes.
Develop and implement programs and initiatives to support community members in building resilience and adapting to challenges
Work closely with community leaders, organizations, and stakeholders to promote community engagement and empowerment.
Provide support and resources to individuals and groups facing challenges and changes within the community.
Evaluate the effectiveness of adaptation programs and initiatives and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in community engagement, social work, or a related field
Strong understanding of community dynamics and challenges in adapting to changes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate with diverse groups and individuals
Strong organizational and project management skills
