Participate in planning, delivering, and reviewing care plans, assuming keyworker responsibilities when necessary.
Act as an enabler for service users, encouraging independence rather than dependency.
Offer practical and emotional support while maintaining professional boundaries.
Encourage and support service users to live as independently as possible.
