3 months contract with local authority

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Parking Enforcement Team & School Crossing Patrols, ensuring compliance with service instructions and operating procedures.
  
• Implement parking services in adherence to statutory legislation and Council policies, aiming to enhance compliance with parking restrictions by reducing illegal parking through the issuance of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs).
  
• Cultivate and sustain effective communication and relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, serving as a representative for the Council.
  
• Supervise and evaluate the service to ensure the delivery of high-quality and accurate results in line with established processes and procedures.
  
• Efficiently manage the operational functions and resources of the enforcement operation to ensure effective delivery.
  

• Proven experience in parking enforcement or related field
  
• Knowledge of statutory legislation and parking regulations
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to effectively manage and lead a team
  
• Familiarity with operational processes and procedures
