Job Purpose

To undertake joinery repairs, maintenance, renovations, and installations, as well as support other trade staff in completing repairs, maintenance, and building operations for properties managed by Derby Homes.

Key Duties/Accountabilities

Undertake joinery repairs, maintenance, and renovations in housing stock, schools, and public buildings
Carry out new joinery installations (1st and 2nd fix)
Interpret detailed design drawings and specifications
Resolve minor technical difficulties on site using own initiative
Maintain vehicle stock levels for efficient service
Work within an appointment system and liaise with customers
Submit all job-related worksheets and documents within required timescales
