Job description
Work Arrangements
- On-site work required for a minimum of 3 days per week
- Duration: 3 months (with potential for extension)

- Essential - Proven ability in strategic leadership to develop integrated services across various areas, ensuring a cohesive and child-centered approach
- Essential - Deep understanding of safeguarding thresholds, contextual safeguarding, and multi-agency working within a MASH/front door context
- Essential - Strong grasp of youth offending legislation, diversion strategies, and restorative justice practices
- Essential - Skilled in identifying and responding to extra-familial harm, including criminal and sexual exploitation
- Essential - Strong track record of building effective partnerships with various sectors to deliver joined-up services
- Essential - Track record of using data and quality assurance frameworks to drive service improvement
- Desirable - Experience in designing and delivering preventative services that reduce the need for care
- Desirable - Demonstrated success in embedding early help pathways and leading targeted interventions

Working Model
