1 Month Contract With A Local Authority

We are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing, and festive individuals to join our team as Santa’s Grotto Assistants (Animators) to help deliver a magical Christmas experience for families and children in the heart of South Wales. As one of Santa’s key helpers, you’ll bring festive joy to life by guiding guests through various themed areas including Santa’s Toy Shop, Photo Station, and Enchanted Tours.

This is a perfect opportunity for performers, entertainers, or customer service superstars who love Christmas, working with children, and creating unforgettable moments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome families and children to the Santa experience with warmth, enthusiasm, and a smile
  

• Take guests on interactive tours, keeping the energy high and the magic alive
  

• Assist Santa in his Toy Shop, helping children choose their gifts and ensuring a safe, fun environment
  

• Work at the Photo Station, helping capture magical moments and guiding families through the photo process
  

• Stay in character throughout the event and maintain a professional, engaging presence
  

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all visitors have a positive and memorable experience
  

• Maintain a clean, organised and safe event space, following health and safety procedures
  

• Report any incidents or issues to the Event Supervisor promptly
  

• Adapt to different roles as required by the event schedule
