Job Purpose

• To ensure that construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required standards by managing costs, quality, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle
  

Key Duties/Accountabilities

• Review plans for a diverse range of construction projects.
  
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with building regulations
  
• Provide Building Control advice through various channels (phone, email, in person).
  
• Inspect dangerous structures during regular working hours.
  
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and correspondence.
  
• Support the training of Trainee and Assistant Surveyors.
  
• Assist the Principal Surveyor and Team Manager with additional team duties.
  

Essential Qualifications needed

• Minimum Class 2A in BSR.
  

Additional information to note

• This role is 37 working hours per week.
  
• Must Hold full UK driving License.
