We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Administrative Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the company, managing a team of administrative staff, and ensuring efficient office procedures. The Senior Administrative Officer will also be involved in strategic planning, budgeting, and implementing new administrative systems to improve overall productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the administrative department
- Supervise and support administrative staff
- Develop and implement new administrative systems and procedures
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations
- Manage office supplies and equipment procurement
- Handle budgeting and financial management for the administrative department
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Officer or similar role
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field (preferred)
- Additional certification in Office Management is a plus
