Job description
We are seeking an Independent Chair for Safeguarding and Quality Assurance to join our team in the Social/NGO/Health & Care industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading conferences, ensuring the highest quality standards, and overseeing the safeguarding of children within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Chairing conferences and meetings related to safeguarding and quality assurance.
- Ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety for children and vulnerable individuals.
- Overseeing and implementing safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with internal teams to promote a culture of safeguarding and quality excellence.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in chairing conferences and meetings.
- In-depth understanding of safeguarding principles and practices.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards.
- Ability to work effectively with children and vulnerable individuals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in safeguarding and quality assurance would be advantageous.
