We are seeking an Independent Chair for Safeguarding and Quality Assurance to join our team in the Social/NGO/Health & Care industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading conferences, ensuring the highest quality standards, and overseeing the safeguarding of children within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Chairing conferences and meetings related to safeguarding and quality assurance.
  • Ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety for children and vulnerable individuals.
  • Overseeing and implementing safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to promote a culture of safeguarding and quality excellence.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in chairing conferences and meetings.

  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards.
  • Ability to work effectively with children and vulnerable individuals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
