• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  
• Manage and optimize resources to meet operational targets and objectives.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality and service delivery.
  
• Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  

• Proven experience in operations management within the FMCG/Foods/Beverage industry.
  
• Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards.
  
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  
• Proven track record of implementing operational improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or relevant field (preferred).
  
• Certification in Operations Management (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma) is a plus.
