We are seeking a highly skilled FM Operations Manager to oversee the operations within our FM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, and implementing strategies to optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the overall operations within the FM industry.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Manage and optimize resources to meet operational targets and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality and service delivery.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations management within the FMCG/Foods/Beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven track record of implementing operational improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or relevant field (preferred).
- Certification in Operations Management (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma) is a plus.
