We are seeking experienced social workers with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience to join our Safeguarding services in Liverpool. The ideal candidate must possess strong court skills and a proven track record in Safeguarding. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of Liverpool Children's Services, working alongside a high-quality senior leadership team dedicated to collaborative practice improvement. As a social worker at Liverpool, you will be part of a supportive and welcoming team with a shared vision to enhance outcomes for the children and families of the city. You will receive support from a stable, permanent team manager and service manager group, and benefit from regular reflective supervision. In addition, we offer a range of support services including a Family Group Conference Service, family support workers within teams, and an extensive Early Help Offer. We provide an initial 3-month minimum contract to ensure stability for our children and young people, competitive hourly rates based on experience, a 35-hour work week, and a hybrid working model with 3 days in Liverpool per week.
