We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks and providing support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage and organize files
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Coordinate office activities and operations
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
