Permanent role with a Residential Care Home

Job Purpose

  • To ensure the effective, efficient and safe running of the Home through the efficient management of available resources.

Key Duties/Accountabilities

  • To achieve Homeleigh House’s aims & objectives within CQC requirements and Health Authority rules/guidelines.
  • To ensure that all staff comply with management procedures and systems in line with Homeleigh’s quality standards, monitoring internal and external audits of procedures and initiating corrective action appropriately.
  • To be responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures on Health and Safety, emergencies and fire procedures

Essential Experience Required

  • Experience with policies and procedures on Health and Safety, emergencies and fire procedures is essential.


Essential Qualification Required

  • Qualification in a related work area is essential.
