3 months contract with local authority

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ASW Senior Practitioner to join our team in the Social/NGO/Health & Care industry. As an ASW Senior Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality adult social work services to individuals in need. You will work closely with a team of professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care and support provided to clients.

Responsibilities:

Conducting assessments of individuals' needs and developing care plans
Providing support and guidance to individuals and their families
Collaborating with other professionals and agencies to ensure comprehensive care
Advocating for the rights and well-being of clients
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress

Requirements

Proven experience as an Adult Social Worker
Strong understanding of social work principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a team
Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with individuals in need
Relevant certification or licensure in social work
